The service
Snack Games provides an adult-focused directory and interface for discovering third-party browser games. Access is currently free, with no Snack Games account or download required.
Games may be changed, removed, interrupted or unavailable without notice. Snack Games may update the catalog, ranking and site features at any time.
Third-party games
Games, game code, trademarks and related assets belong to their respective owners and licensors. Launching a game may take you to, or load resources from, a third-party service with separate terms and privacy practices.
You receive no right to copy, modify, redistribute, reverse engineer, sell or commercially exploit a game through your use of Snack Games.
Acceptable use
- Do not use bots, automated refreshes or other methods to create artificial game launches, ad impressions, clicks or engagement.
- Do not interfere with the site, games, advertising technology, security controls or attribution parameters.
- Do not upload or transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service unlawfully.
- Do not submit automated, misleading, abusive, infringing or unlawful ratings or comments.
- Do not frame, scrape or republish the catalog as a competing service without permission.
Ratings and comments
Ratings and comments are optional. Snack Games may review, reject, remove or retain submitted comments for moderation, abuse prevention and rating integrity. Comments are not published automatically.
You keep ownership of your original comment and grant Snack Games a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, moderate and, if approved, display it in connection with the service. Do not submit personal information or content you do not have the right to share.
Adults and workplace use
The service is intended for adults. You are responsible for deciding whether and when use is appropriate, including compliance with workplace policies, local law and third-party network rules. Snack Games does not encourage bypassing technical or organizational controls.
Advertising and commercial links
Third-party games may contain advertising. Snack Games may later include clearly labelled site advertising, sponsored placements or commission links. See the advertising disclosure for the current status.
No warranties
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snack Games does not guarantee continuous availability, compatibility, game quality, advertising availability, security of third-party services or fitness for a particular purpose.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Snack Games is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or a third-party game. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
