Who operates this site
Snack Games operates snackgames.games and is responsible for the site-level processing described here. For privacy requests, use the address on the contact page.
Information kept on your device
The site uses local browser storage for essential preferences: favorites, selected genres, recently played games, accumulated local play time, your privacy choice, an anonymous rating identifier and ratings previously selected in that browser. Catalog preferences and local play history are not sent to Snack Games. Clearing site data removes the browser-side records.
Ratings and comments
If you choose to rate a game, Snack Games stores the game, a score from 1 to 5, a randomly generated browser identifier and the submission time. An optional comment is stored with the rating in a pending moderation state and is not published automatically. The identifier is used to keep one current rating per browser and does not contain your name or email address.
Submitting a new score for the same game and browser updates the current rating while an audit event is retained to investigate abuse and rating integrity. You may request deletion through the contact page; include the anonymous identifier from your browser if available.
Optional analytics
If you accept analytics, Snack Games loads a self-hosted Umami script from umami.sunsetpredict.cloud. Umami does not use tracking cookies or track visitors across websites. It records anonymized page views and events such as game-launch clicks, along with referrer, browser, operating system, device type and approximate country.
If you reject analytics, that script is not loaded. You can change this choice at any time through the Info panel or the Privacy settings button above.
Hosting and security logs
The site is hosted on Alibaba Cloud infrastructure in Hong Kong. Standard web-server logs may temporarily contain an IP address, requested URL, timestamp, referrer and browser user agent. These logs are used for security, reliability, abuse prevention and diagnostics, and are retained only as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Games and advertising partners
Launching a game connects your browser to GameDistribution or the relevant game publisher. Those services may process IP address, device and browser information, game or site identifiers, gameplay events, advertising interactions and consent information under their own notices.
GameDistribution participates in the IAB Europe Transparency & Consent Framework. Snack Games will not generate or claim to transmit an IAB consent string until an approved CMP integration is active. Until then, any partner consent interface shown when a game opens is controlled by that partner.

Legal reasons and retention
- Essential local settings are used to provide features requested by the visitor.
- Security logs are processed for legitimate operational and security interests.
- Optional analytics is processed only after consent.
- Partner advertising and analytics are governed by the partner's consent interface and privacy notice until an approved site-level CMP is connected.
Site-level records are kept only for as long as needed for their stated purpose, legal obligations or dispute handling. Device-local data remains until you or your browser removes it.
Your choices and rights
You may reject or withdraw optional analytics without losing access to the game catalog. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to complain to a privacy regulator.
Snack Games does not sell personal information. If advertising or affiliate services are added later, this notice and the consent controls will be updated before activation.
